I just bought my yarn, when will it arrive? Your yarn will arrive within 3-6 days. You will receive three emails from us: a confirmation of your purchase, confirmation of shipping, and a request for a review 2 weeks after arrival.
I'm struggling with a pattern, can you help? We offer pattern support, please reach out through our contact us page. Some questions take longer than others so please allow for 3-5 business days for a response. Visit the Ravelry page of a pattern for any updates or support around specific issues before reaching out.
Do you sell in kits? If your yarn store or knitting group would like to have kits created, please reach out through our contact us page. Any orders over 10+ will be accommodated as possible.
What's your return policy? We will give a full refund (not including shipping) within 30 days of your purchase. If there is something wrong with your order, please provide a picture and description - we will work to resolve your issue on a case by case basis. In order to accept the yarn must be in it's original hank.
Do you ship internationally? Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally yet. As we grow and gain more of an international presence we'd love to add this option to our shop.
